This When You Enter This Room Community Building Poster and Inspirational Wall Decor was designed for teachers and school counselors to hang on classroom doors or bulletin boards to help students feel welcomed, empowered, believed in, and that they matter.

Also includes a career readiness social narrative read aloud and fun worksheets / writing activities which address, in concrete ways, how each child already has within them the potential to be a mathematician, scientist, reader, author, artist, musician, explorer and inventor. And, (more importantly), that each child is a friend, team player, important and cared for.

This resource would not be complete without cute brag bracelets and reward tags to use as positive reinforcement: when teachers notice their students displaying characteristics of a “fabulous friend,” “superstar scientist,” or “awesome artist” (to name a few), they can hand out these collectible bragging cards and bracelets.
