How to Play the Printable Card Game
Modeled after classic shedding-style games, the goal is to be the first to discard all your cards. Players match the top card in the discard pile by number, color, or symbol. If the card contains a positive self-talk prompt, the player answers before continuing. Each player also has two Pass Tickets to skip prompts if needed.

Action Cards That Keep the Game Exciting

Take 3: The next player must draw three cards before their turn.

Rotate Right / Rotate Left: All players pass their cards in the chosen direction.

Go Again: The player immediately takes another turn.

Free!: The player chooses a new color (or shape) and discards an extra card.

Free + Spy!: The player peeks at another player’s hand, then chooses a new color (or shape) and discards an extra card.

How to Play the Digital Positive Self-Talk Connect Game

Players or teams take turns choosing a number on the game board.

Each number corresponds to a positive self-talk prompt to answer.

After responding, players place their pawn over the chosen number.

The first player or team to complete a line of 4 or 5 in a row (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) wins.
