How to Play the Printable Anger Management Card Game
This shedding-style game challenges players to be the first to discard all their cards. Players match the top card in the discard pile by number, color, or symbol. If the card contains an anger management prompt, the player responds before continuing. Each player also has two Pass Tickets to skip prompts if needed.

Action Cards That Add Fun and Challenge

Take 3: The next player must draw three cards before their turn.

Rotate Right / Rotate Left: All players pass their hands in the chosen direction.

Go Again: The player immediately takes another turn.

Free!: The player chooses a new color (or shape) and discards an extra card.

How to Play the Digital Anger Management Connect Game

Players or teams take turns selecting a number on the board.

Each number corresponds to an anger management prompt or coping question.
