POSITIVE SELF-TALK WHEN YOU FEEL DISCOURAGED

Download our free growth mindset affirmations poster.  Helpful tips for times when you feel like giving up.   Having a growth mindset reminds us that discouragement is one of surest stepping stones to success. When we feel discouraged, we are given the opportunity to develop positive self-talk, self-efficacy, and a strong internal locus of control. Having a growth mindset is like having a compass which points to the “next step” when invariable mistakes and missteps happen. It inspires us to get up, get creative, get to Plan B (or C or D), get moving, and get growing!

Hang this growth mindset affirmations poster up in the hallway bulletin board, classroom, school counseling office, or even at home on your fridge!

This is a great addition to the classroom as a reminder that challenges can be a learning experiences. Laminated it and put it up in the classroom as a reference of the power of positive thinking!
