This is a fun one that you can do with kids online. I shared my screen and gave them control to spin it. It has some great ideas that aren’t the typical coping skills you always see.

What a clever idea! I used this in individual sessions in-person with students, but plan to also use it for remote sessions as well. My son also liked playing when I was testing it out. I used it mostly on the i-pad so far, but it would great on a computer too. Thank you for the creative ideas!
