How do we access everything?
Log in to your account and head to the store. Browse any resource page and look for the Download button—just click, and it’s yours!
Downloaded files will appear in your Downloads folder, and yes—bundles are included too! You can download as many as you like, as often as you need, during your membership.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle——and you won’t be charged again. Memberships purchased via purchase order (PO) do not automatically renew. To continue access after your 12-month term, a new PO will need to be submitted.
How does it work? And how do I share it with my team or school?
1. Sign Up: Use your email and create a password at checkout.
2. Log In: Head to any resource page and start exploring.
3. Click Download: That’s it—unlimited downloads, all year long. No extra steps.
4. Invite Your Team or School: Once you’re logged in, click on “Team” in the left-hand menu.
Under “Add Member,” enter your team members’ email addresses and click “Add Member”—we’ll send them an invitation to join. – OR – copy the invite link provided and send it directly.
Can I pay by purchase order?
Yes! We’re happy to accept purchase orders from schools and districts for orders of $90 or more. Click here to submit a PO request. Just note: PO-based yearly subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Do you offer district and/or larger institutional licenses?
Yes! We offer site-wide access options for more than 40 licenses. Please email us directly at [email protected] to discuss your options. Thank you!
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital downloads, we don’t offer refunds—but you can cancel anytime to stop future payments.
