How to Play the Printable Coping with Anxiety Card Game
Based on shedding-style games, the goal is to be the first player to discard all your cards. Players match the top card in the discard pile by number, color, or symbol. If the card includes an anxiety-related prompt, the player responds before continuing. Each player may also use two Pass Tickets if they prefer to skip.

Take 3: The next player must draw three cards before their turn.

Rotate Right / Rotate Left: All players pass their hands in the chosen direction.
