WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

This would be a great tool in my classroom as well, but I downloaded it for my junior high age son. He struggles with severe anxiety and has a variety of tools he uses to help him throughout his day. This is one of them. We recited the poster together over breakfast. I also taped this poster inside his binder as a reminder if he finds himself struggling in class. Thank you!

A beautiful resource that I use often! I have given it to my anxiety group kiddos as a reminder of positive coping statements they can use. I have also given it to parents who have children with anxiety. Thank you!

I use the anxiety statement poster in my student’s morning binder. It is a great reference for them to read to themselves in the morning before school starts. The font, colors, and spacing make it easy for younger students but it isn’t too young for older students.
